Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The item you received is damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at [email protected] within 1–3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the product.
Return Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. The item must be returned in its original packaging and securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
Refunds
If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method — cash on delivery refunds will be arranged accordingly at the time of return. Please allow a few days for processing after the item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for items that:
Are used or not in original condition
Are returned without prior notice or approval
